Wyvern Industrial Technology, a leading provider of quality control equipment and services to the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a driven and motivated sales professional to join our small but dynamic team.

This role is a key position in our growth strategy and supporting our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Occasional travel may be required, including travel to Europe.


Location: Doraville, GA with potential for hybrid work after probationary period

Hours: Full Time


Responsibilities

· Tenacious Prospecting: Identify key potential customers, contact them, build relationships, and develop them into key clients.

· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional service and support.

· Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, quoting, and managing sales documentation.

· Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research and outreach.

· Account Management: Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any issues or concerns.

· Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.

· Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.

· Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, including overseas partners, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Currently holding or pursuing a degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (equivalent professional qualifications or experience also considered).
  • Previous experience in sales of capital equipment and services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems and related software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated and target oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Due to the nature of some of our customers, applicants must be a US citizen or permanent resident
