You Are:

An SAP Field Glass Senior Consultant who helps implement Fieldglass contingent workforce management and services procurement solutions for your clients.

Qualifications

• Platinum DB is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Fieldglass Functional-Technical Consultant with at least 10 years of experience
• This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing, optimizing, and managing SAP Fieldglass solutions for contingent workforce management and services procurement
• This position requires a strong technical background combined with excellent analytical, project management, and client engagement skills
• Solution Design and Architecture
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or SAP Certifications
• Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP Fieldglass solutions, with a deep understanding of its architecture, functionality, and best practices
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass configuration, integration, and reporting
• Strong technical skills in system configuration, integration, and reporting, with a deep understanding of SAP Fieldglass security features, business processes, and reporting tools
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex SAP Fieldglass implementation projects, with a strong focus on stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Fieldglass modules, integration capabilities, and extensive customization options
• As a Senior Advanced SAP Fieldglass Technical Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to assess their business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement SAP Fieldglass functionalities that enhance workforce and procurement management
• Your expertise will help our clients streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve strategic objectives in their contingent workforce and services procurement operations
• Expertise in SAP Fieldglass and Technical Leadership
• Deep Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass: Utilize your comprehensive understanding of SAP Fieldglass architecture, including its data model, configuration options, and integration capabilities, to design and implement scalable and robust solutions
• Expertise in modules such as Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), Services Procurement, and Analytics is essential
• Customization and Configuration: Lead the customization and configuration of SAP Fieldglass to meet client-specific requirements
• Utilize both standard configuration tools and custom development to extend the platform’s capabilities and provide tailored solutions that align with client business processes
• Security and Compliance: Ensure all implementations adhere to industry standards and best practices for security and compliance
• Manage user roles, access controls, and security settings within SAP Fieldglass to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with client policies and regulations
• Business Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client business processes, pain points, and objectives
• Perform gap analysis and requirements gathering to inform solution design and development

• Work with PDB PM to manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes
• Integration and Data Management
• Integration Strategy: Develop and implement integration strategies to connect SAP Fieldglass with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, HR, and finance systems
• Utilize SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, and other integration tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation
• Data Migration and Management: Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data into SAP Fieldglass
• Develop data models, mapping strategies, and data governance frameworks to maintain data integrity and consistency
• Interface Development and Maintenance: Design and build interfaces between SAP Fieldglass and external systems, ensuring data synchronization and real-time updates
• Monitor and maintain integration to ensure ongoing performance and reliability
• System Optimization and Continuous Improvement
