Our Inhouse Client is adding a Corporate Paralegal to their team This is a unique opportunity for an exceptionally experienced and business-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join the organization in Englewood, CO. Reporting to the Senior Corporate Paralegal, this role will manage a wide range of corporate legal and real estate matters.


Responsibilities: 3-5 years experience with the following:

  • Corporate and Regulatory Compliance, Entity Formation, and Contract review.
  • Experience with real estate transactions (deeds, leases, and purchase agreements)
  • Formation of business entities and periodic filings
  • Drafting of corporate minutes/consents
  • Legal Research related to corporate entity formation.


Hybrid schedule, Great benefits, compensation base range of $85k-95k + BONUS, and low-pressure environment.
