If you have ambitions to be a part of a Best in Class organization, our Operation team is the place to be The role of the MPC RB Operation team is to manage overall inbound shipment (returns for repair) from our carrier customers and fulfillment of RMA within the TAT required by the contract. This position will be the main point of contact for supervising 3rd party vendor’s performance and allocating Manpower for receiving, inventory control and shipping operation.. Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure repair-completed devices are shipped to carrier customers without delay by arranging designated shipping schedule with trucking company

• Coordinate Ad-Hoc requests from CAM(carrier account management) to ensure timely fulfillment and maintain stable inventory levels

• Manage and monitor surplus parts / warehouse supplies and place order as needed to support operations

• Prepare periodic physical inventory audit and report the PI result

• Proactively communicating service failures to Engineering Team & Quality Team to minimize service failures, promote on time service

• Report, and provide initial action plan to support any performance deficiency

• Generate and review weekly & monthly vendor KPI reports to effectively control the operation area of responsibility

• Promote strong core relationship with 3rd party vendor staffs for following through provided RB Warehouse operation guideline and policies

• Maintain continuous communication and have strong relationship with internal / external business partners customers to ensure efficient RB Warehouse operation process pipeline

Skills and Qualifications

Background/Experience

• Required a High School diploma or above
