We are seeking a driven digital media planning professional with a proven track record of delivering measurable results with paid media campaigns to join our Integrated Marketing division. In this client-facing position, you'll work closely with marketing and creative teams, conduct market research, develop strategy recommendations and POVs, flight and manage campaigns, and analyze media performance data to identify the most impactful channels and methods for engaging our target audience.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in media planning, top-notch analytical abilities, and the skill to clearly convey and present media strategies to all stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Market Research & Audience Identification: Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences, media consumption habits, and advertising opportunities.
- Campaign Strategy & Development: Develop digital media strategies aligned with business goals to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement and drive sales. Primary platforms are Google (search, display, video), LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook with occasional TikTok, Amazon, OTT and DOOH.
- Creative & Messaging: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure media strategies align with overall campaign goals and brand messaging.
- SEO and SEM: Manage SEM campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Assist with SEO best practices and keyword selection.
- Campaign Execution: Organize, implement and own the day-to-day management of all active media campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze digital media performance metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Provide detailed insights to stakeholders and strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, tools, and best practices. Offer new strategies and technologies to keep our digital media efforts innovative and effective. Develop POVs on emerging trends and practices as requested.
- Billing: Assist with monthly client media billing as needed.
Your Experience:
This position requires the ability to work well with multiple internal teams and directly with clients. The ideal candidate will be an analytical, strategic and creative thinker who is able to work in both independent and collaborative environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ Years of proven experience as a Media Planner, Digital Marketing Manager or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, social media platforms and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker who has a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights.
- Strong work ethic, with a focused energy on making an impact.
