What You'll Do:

  • Design Excellence: Lead the development of traffic signal and electrical designs that enhance road safety and efficiency.
  • Cutting-Edge Analysis: Conduct intersection and roadway capacity analyses using HCS, Synchro, and SimTraffic software.
  • Safety First: Perform crash and Highway Safety Manual analyses to promote safer travel.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop conceptual construction staging alternatives and traffic control plans that keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Client Collaboration: Provide staffing augmentation services and support to State and Municipal clients, ensuring project goals are met.
  • Business Development: Assist in writing proposals and contribute to our growth by bringing new opportunities and innovative ideas to the table.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and a PE license.
  • Experience: Between 6 to 15 years of experience in traffic engineering, with a strong background in Signal Design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in traffic analysis and the ability to produce professional deliverables adhering to client standards.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
