Role: Technical Writer - II

Location: Livermore/Alameda, CA

Duration: 6 Months (W2 Contract)


Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Writer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The role involves working on process standardization, collaborating with stakeholders, managers, and operational teams. You will be responsible for producing 80 documents related to NNI (Needs New Insurance) and PRC (Prescription Required Case) using templates and following the General Services Guide (GSG). Tools include MS Office, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage technical documents with no strict daily or weekly deadlines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and gain approvals.
  • Extract and compile information from meetings, provided documents, and systems.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail.


Interview Process:

  • 1st round: Video conference.
  • 2nd round: Onsite interview with the hiring manager and another team member.
