You will work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of pilot programs, ensuring that our cloud-based medical software meets the highest standards of performance, usability, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of pilot programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute pilot tests of cloud-based medical software in selected healthcare facilities.
  • Monitor and document performance, usability, and user feedback during pilot phases.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, escalating to the development team as needed.
  • Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for software improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams to refine features and resolve identified issues.
  • Develop detailed deployment plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Lead the deployment process, ensuring all steps are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Work with internal and external IT teams to ensure software compatibility with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Conduct system configurations and optimizations tailored to each facility's needs.
  • Provide hands-on technical support during deployment phases, resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure, software configuration, and user access.
  • Support IT staff on software functionality and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and deployment checklists.
  • Ensure all deployments adhere to healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and maintain high standards of data security and privacy.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in deploying cloud-based software and hardware, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple deployments simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with healthcare data security and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Ability to handle confidential information and issues with discretion and judgment.
