About the Company

We are partnered with a Bitcoin Fintech that is seeking their next Help Desk Engineer to join the Infrastructure team. This organization is a leader in Bitcoin-based financial solutions, working on innovative projects that bridge traditional finance with blockchain technology. As Help Desk Engineer, you will lead the effort to automate, streamline and support the firm’s corporate and remote office users while placing a high emphasis on providing white-glove service.


About the Role

Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Manage software and security updates using configuration management systems. Deliver high-quality, personalized IT support to executives and VIP clients, including on-site and remote assistance. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions, generating reports to identify improvement areas. Collaborate with IT team members on projects, knowledge sharing, and consistent support delivery. Support Windows and MacOS environments, SaaS services, and cloud-based platforms like M365. Utilize tools such as Jamf, Endpoint Manager, and Okta, with scripting knowledge (PowerShell) considered a plus.
