### **Job Description:**


Join a newly established but fast-growing HVAC and Plumbing residential and commercial company located in the Inland Empire. Seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Superintendent/Foreman to join their team. As a key leader within our organization, you will oversee and manage commercial HVAC projects including 3 other technicians reporting to the Owner. From inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.


### **Responsibilities:**


- **Project Management:** Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

- **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- **Scheduling:** Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with other trades and stakeholders to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth progress.

- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.

- **Safety Compliance:** Enforce safety protocols and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, timesheets, and material usage reports.

- **Problem Solving:** Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the project, implementing effective solutions to minimize delays and costs.


### **Qualifications:**


- **Experience:** Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in HVAC project management, with a strong background in commercial projects.

- **Technical Skills:** Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- **Leadership:** Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects.

- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

- **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

- **Certifications:** Relevant certifications such as HVAC Technician, EPA Certification, and OSHA Safety Training are highly preferred.


### **Compensation:**


- **Base Salary:** Up to $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

- **Commission:** 5-10% on project profits.
