Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Asphalt and Concrete Estimator at Loya Construction Inc. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for asphalt and concrete projects, conducting site visits, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role is based in Commerce City, CO, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Sales experience
  • Knowledge of Flatwork and Ready Mix Concrete
  • Knowledge of Asphalt paving and maintenance
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in estimating or project management
