Job Description:
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and delivery of high-impact projects from initial requirements gathering through to deployment. You will collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that business needs are accurately translated into actionable requirements and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Manager: Lead and manage projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaboration with UI/UX Teams: Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure that the user interface and experience meet customer expectations and align with project goals.
- Technical & Application Review: Conduct technical and application reviews to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the business, technical, data, and security requirements.
- Agile Process Management: Utilize Azure DevOps for creating and managing backlogs, sprints, and running the agile scrum process. Ensure that all project activities align with agile methodologies and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to provide status updates, gather requirements, and run workshops. Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable features and user stories.
- Backlog & Sprint Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with business goals. Oversee sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives to ensure successful delivery.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with enterprise solutions teams to gather non-functional requirements and translate business needs into detailed, descriptive requirements with clear conditions of acceptance.
- Support Throughout the Project Lifecycle: Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including analyzing requirements, creating and assigning stories, reviewing test cases, and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 12+ years in IT, with a strong background in business analysis and product management.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Agile Expertise: Extensive experience working with Azure DevOps and running agile scrum processes.
- Customer Interaction: Proven experience in working directly with customers, gathering requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Enterprise Solutions: Experience in working with enterprise solutions and understanding non-functional requirements.
- Technical Acumen: Strong ability to perform technical reviews and ensure that solutions align with both business and technical needs.
