Base Salary: $115k - $145k/annually, depending on experience.
Summary:
Our client is looking for a talented, experienced Lead Full Stack Developer, Generative AI to join their team in Des Moines, Iowa
Notes:
- Relocation assistance may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
- Sponsorship may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
- This position is NOT open for C2C (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical software development and delivery.
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements.
- Drive business change and success, adding value to customer’s businesses.
- Build solutions for customers and clients (from start-ups to enterprise-level) around Generative AI and other customized software solutions.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborate and consult with clients to fully understand their needs and requirements.
- Design and deliver innovative cloud software solutions.
- Write and maintain peer-review code.
- Seek out continuous improvement and customer value.
- Drive consistency and quality across various projects.
- Lead, mentor, and train other developers.
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in .NET Core / .NET Framework.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Generative AI.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required / Master’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- 5+ years of Python development experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with MS Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- 3+ of experience in the .NET Core / .NET Framework.
- 3+ years of experience with React.
- 2+ years of professional work experience in Generative AI.
- Strong experience in building out APIs.
- Passion for working with cutting-edge, Generative AI technologies.
- Experience working on integration projects and digital transformation projects.
- Must be willing to relocate to Des Moines, Iowa.
- Ability to potentially work flexible hours with international teams as needed.
- Team-focused mindset and desire to create the best possible product.
- Must have strong experience leading, mentoring, and training Full Stack Developers/Teams.
- Strong consulting background and experience acquired from a large consulting firm, preferably one of the Big 4 consultancies.
- Strong client-facing and presentation experience.
- Adheres to the fundamentals of good development practices and knows how to apply them.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience collaborating with clients, customers, and co-workers.
