ThoughtLab is seeking a full-time Senior Graphic Designer who is highly creative and extraordinarily talented for our Idaho Falls, ID location. This designer will design through the entire creative process: from abstract concepts to tangible assets across various media: from digital to print, posters, packaging, collateral, and more in this new location in collaboration with ThoughtLab's teams both in this location and around the world.


We are looking for someone who enjoys pushing beyond current design trends to create compelling designs, is able to deliver multiple aesthetics and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a stellar portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

• Interacting with clients to gather and interpret design needs

• Designing all aspects of visual communications for a variety of digital and print

• Both providing and listening to creative direction as appropriate

• Able to do hands-on design installations when necessary

• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends


Preferred Education & Experience:

  • 7+ years as a professional graphic designer (agency experience preferred)
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to hit intensive deadlines and communicate progress
  • Sense of humor
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have stellar portfolio spanning a variety of graphic design sub-disciplines
