Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience and hours selected

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday (no nights), rotating shifts available

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on a flexible schedule, with options for part-time or full-time hours. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in industrial mechanics, electrical systems, and HVAC/R maintenance. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting electrical systems, and ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, handling both low and high-voltage components.
  • Use tools like ammeters and voltmeters to diagnose electrical issues and apply effective repairs.
  • Perform HVAC/R maintenance tasks to ensure climate control systems function properly.
  • Work closely with technical sales teams to provide insights on equipment performance and maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols when working around industrial equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role (minimum of 5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and wiring systems.
  • Familiarity with HVAC/R systems is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Must be able to commute to Nashville, IL 62263.
