Develop and Maintain Investor Relationships


Establish and nurture connections with both new and existing investors. The role requires a proactive approach in engaging with stakeholders to ensure they are well-informed and satisfied with their investments. You'll be a face of SGH, representing the company in investor interactions and ensuring our investors feel valued and appreciated.


Support Capital Raising Efforts


Assist in strategic planning and execution of capital raising initiatives. This involves preparing and presenting investment opportunities, as well as understanding market dynamics to attract new capital. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure our fundraising goals are met and align with company growth strategies.


Primary Point of Contact for Investor Inquiries


Act as the main liaison between the company and its investors, addressing all queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You’ll be responsible for providing accurate and detailed information to investors, ensuring transparency and trust in our operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-level conversations with confidence.



Manage Investor Communications


Develop clear and compelling communications for investors, including regular performance updates and investment reports. Your role will be crucial in keeping our investors informed about their investments and the company’s progress. This includes crafting tailored messages that address investor concerns and showcase our achievements.



JOB REQUIREMENTS


3-5 Years of Experience in Investor Relations or Fundraising


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in investor relations or fundraising, preferably within real estate or private equity sectors. Experience in managing investor expectations and capital raising processes is essential. This background will enable you to understand the intricacies of investor dynamics and successfully navigate complex funding environments.

Strong Communication and Relationship Management Skills


Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for this role. The ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and compelling manner will help build trust with investors. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills will allow you to effectively manage relationships and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.


Experience with Investor Reporting and Capital Markets


A solid understanding of capital markets and the ability to produce detailed investment reports are key requirements. This includes familiarity with financial metrics and the ability to analyze and interpret market trends. Your expertise in investor reporting will support our transparency efforts and help investors make informed decisions.
