Job Title: Senior Analyst to Senior Associate (Negotiable depending on experience)


Location: Miami, FL (in-office role, not hybrid/remote)


Salary: $125k - $175k, plus bonus (range is wide because we will consider a range of experience).


Duties include:

  • Preparation of new and updating of existing financial models, ideally for multi-family real estate or hotel, ground up development.
  • Financial modeling of complex equity, debt and partnership structures
  • General financial modeling for project-specific issues
  • Interpreting project documents, and translate legal provisions into financial implications
  • Expansion, management and maintenance of the groups information and statistical databases
  • Gather industry intelligence and market research from various sources
  • Due diligence related to the above responsibilities
  • Preparation of memorandum and presentations


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellent analytical abilities
  • Razor sharp intellect to solve challenging problems requiring innovative yet practical solutions
  • Substantial experience and capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience and education in finance
  • 4 to 5 years’ extensive financial analysis or Investment banking experience with a strong focus on ground up real estate development
  • Extensive experience with multi-family and/or hospitality development a strong plus
  • Successful management of an analyst team preferred, but will consider someone ready to take on a leadership role and capable of building a small team, in time.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree a plus, both from a top university
  • Experience utilizing “Business Intelligence” tools to obtain data and build reports
  • Experience with real estate and loan documentation including due diligence reports.
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to present analysis and recommendations in both verbal and written form
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining deliverable priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven strong management skills including hiring practices
