Apex Systems is hiring for a Top client located in Spring TX for an hybrid HR Generalist 2, The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, primary focus will be to assist HR Business Partners and People Leaders with their Workforce Plans. employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence.


In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities


  • In this "high touch" role you will be responsible for helping People Leaders, Director and below with their People Responsibilities.
  • Your primary focus will be to assist HR Business Partners and People Leaders with their Workforce Plans.
  • You will process Workforce Reductions and be a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle from selection to offboarding.
  • You may also handle escalations as needed.
  • You will coach People Leaders with difficult or complex conversations.
  • You will work closely with our legal department to ensure risk mitigation.
  • You will support our HR Business Partners so they can focus on Strategic Planning and development of Talent within their organization.
  • Finally it is expected at your level of expertise and business background that you will recommend process improvements and simplification that supports the optimization of the program. You will engage and work alongside different HR, Workforce Solutions, and COE organizations to ensure dependencies with internal HR Projects and Programs are identified and incorporated appropriately.



Qualifications


  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 5-7 years as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Consultant.
