About Data and Analytics Practices

Data and Analytics practices at Client are the fastest growing service line and work across all markets including MedTech, Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences. The payer market is the largest. Practice drives innovation, solutions, technical excellence, and proactive growth across all our customers and markets. And are the essential glue that enables our clients to benefit from the best of the Client ecosystem.


Summary of Responsibilities

  • Drive pre-sales and consulting for key opportunities. Lead client conversations and support sales teams and client partners in solutions for large deals and key accounts
  • Provide strategic consulting for clients in making architectural decisions as well as a solution approach to their problems
  • Collaborate with product and platform partners to build integrated solutions. Enable growth and impact across solution areas
  • Formulate and lead the development of new data-and-analytics offerings (solutions + services) for Healthcare Payers – including revenue responsibility for these offerings
  • Build offerings for key areas of opportunity in payer organizations like cost management, member experience, provider management, and value-based care. As well as various technical capabilities including cloud adoption, analytics enablement, and inter-operability
  • Collaborate closely with AI, Analytics, and Inter-operability practice experts – to give our Payer clients an integrated Data and Analytics experience


Market Innovation & Growth

  • Co-create and enable focus GTM areas - along with market sales teams
  • Drive as well as contribute to marketing activities (webinars, publications, research papers) and channels to establish the Client as a thought leader in Healthcare innovation
  • Strengthen sales enablement capabilities (response to RFPs, proposals, etc.) through re-usable assets, POCs, and frameworks
  • Own revenue and growth of the practice


Strategic Consulting

  • Engage customers as a thought leader by building and leading an elite pool of architects and specialists
  • Lead select high-impact consulting and advisory engagements – in pursuit of growth and innovation for the practice
  • Be billed at least 50% thru the year, thru these strategic opportunities


Cultural Leadership

  • Lead by example through CT values (referred to as P.R.O.U.D.)
  • Be entrepreneurial and challenge the status quo – and yet bring lasting change from within


Experience

  • Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, business, statistics, math, a related field, or comparable experience and education preferred. Graduate studies in business, statistics, math, computer science, or a related field are a plus.
  • Minimum 12 years of diversified expertise in building, managing, and mentoring global teams in data and cloud services
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare payer ecosystem
  • Expertise and depth in data acquisition, data wrangling, and data visualization, as well as the ability to work with client-side leaders to understand data problems
  • Expertise with cloud solutions such as cloud adoption and migration, cloud-based data lakes, modern data warehouses, and data modeling. Experience in Snowflake and Databricks as plus
  • Experience building data solutions in Healthcare Payer organizations
  • Deep understanding of payer data including claims, provider network management, care management, quality, and member experience. Experience in analytics/applications for one or more areas like population health analytics, value-based care, medical cost analytics, member analytics, quality analytics, claims analytics, and risk management
  • Ability to create and win large opportunities leading from the front. Familiarity with commercial models and deal structuring in technology services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As well as be a consultative leader for our clients


Locations:

  • Prefer a city that is an airline hub to enable easy travel at short notice


Travel:

  • Able to travel 10 days a month to meet clients and partners, as needed
