The Company is seeking a Vice President for its e-commerce division, which is a key component of its operations alongside its brick-and-mortar presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, leading, and growing the e-commerce sector. This role involves a strategic approach to the business, close engagement with the front lines, and the ability to implement effective strategies. The VP will evaluate the current eCommerce staff and make additions as necessary to support the growth and success of the online retail platform. We are looking for a strong leader in the eCommerce space, ideally with a background in the soft goods industry. The role does not require relocation, but candidates within driving distance to the Southeast are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce management, be adept at leading and inspiring teams, and have a hands-on approach to business development. Experience in the apparel, home furnishings, or industrial markets within the fiber, fabric, and fashion industry is a plus.
