IT Hardware Analyst

The Denzel Group has been chosen by a nationally ranked company to search for an IT Hardware Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for completing full hardware assessments and (generating the necessary documentation associated with these assessments) within departments for existing facilities, as well as new construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Endpoint/Hardware Assessment (includes analysis, robust documentation, strong attention to detail, timely completion of all tasks, strong communication with leadership and others, trouble shooting, problem-solving, proficient with MSExcel, Visio, ServiceNow)
• Endpoint/Hardware Vendor Orders (obtaining quotes and initiation of procurement/orders with BOT team)
• Service Request submission and documentation in ServiceNow (entering in tickets/SRs for each necessary device to be built/deployed for the project)
• Endpoint Deployment (planning/coordination of a successful deployment by Build/Deploy Team and/or IT Face Support Team for assigned projects)
• Go-Live Support (on-site, if needed)

Requirements:

• 4+ years IT experience with a focus with hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, Endpoints etc.)
• Proficient with MS Office (specifically MS Excel), Visio and SharePoint
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills are also critical to success in this position
