This person will be a Voice Interaction DESIGNER, not a developer – I do not need an AI developer, but someone who is used to collabing with UX/UI and doing chatbot conversation flow design Common title is a Conversation Designer, Voice Interaction Designer, Bot designer

Experience designing bots

Work with Kore.AI or AI experience in general

Leadership/team lead experience (desire to help others learn)

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

The organization as a whole is working on developing a new conversational interactive voice recognition (IVR) bot for their call center. They are working to ensure better understanding and interactive conversation. This resource will be working with internal and external business partners to help guide and craft the customer experience into a conversational bot. The documentation created will be used to develop content. Turning requirements into documentation will help develop the foundation for what gets built. This person will be functional and technical, so desire for growth into that type of role is important.
