  • Serve as a Lead Technician and assist in estimating and selling HVAC jobs
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of Technicians to ensure high-quality work
  • Install, repair, and maintain new and existing HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing solutions and recommendations
  • Communicate with homeowners about the repairs needed
  • Make recommendations for upgrades and preventative maintenance when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports, parts, and customer information
  • Work for a local, family-owned business where the leadership invests in their employees and community.


Graybill Service has an immediate opening for an HVAC Foreman who wants the opportunity to develop into a leadership role. Our ideal candidate is eager to take on leadership responsibilities and is comfortable handling HVAC estimates, service work, retro, change-outs, and sales. Graybill Service Group is looking for a leader who can assist the growth of our HVAC division while servicing our existing customer base. This opportunity is excellent for an individual with a growth mindset.


Our Ideal HVAC Foreman:

  • Experienced: 5 years of previous HVAC experience is preferred. EPA certification is required.
  • Tech Savvy: Previous experience using Service Titan software is a plus, but we are willing to train
  • Reliable: Willing to work full-time with overtime and on-call hours on weekends.
  • Strong Communicator: Interacts politely and professionally with customers and teammates
  • Driven: Willing to work to get the job done and to learn and adapt when necessary. Desire to get it right for the customer and minimize any inconveniences.
  • Fit: Able to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Responsible: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years and willing to undergo a background check.
