ECM Coordinator

We're seeking an ECM Coordinator to work with a major Oil and Gas located in Sweeny, TX on a short-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve all ECM overrides, schedule changes, etc.
• Coordinate data gathering for new contractor set up and onboarding.
• Act as the primary interface with Contractor timekeepers.
• Responsible for all user IDs, passwords, profiles, and security configurations.
• Maintain ECM procedures and work processes on an ongoing basis and ensure compliance with those procedures, processes, and standards.
• Identify and coordinate reporting requirements.
• Ensure ECM timesheets are processed timely and accurately.
• Maintain all ECM master data (pay formulas, schedules, agreements, etc.).
• Provide operational support and training to end-users.
• Conduct training for personnel.
• Attend project team meetings as required.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with various divisions including
• Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, Security, Technical Services, and contractors.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all information (written & verbal) obtained on the job.
• Professional interaction with all levels of management, including Superintendents/Supervisors,
• Engineers, Support Staff, and Maintenance Mechanics.
• Understanding and interpretation of vendor contracts.
• Exposure to auditing would be beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Expertise in the use of various computer software programs including MS Office (Word, Excel,
• PowerPoint), SAP, and other company-supported programs.
