Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team, including 2 supervisors and 8 technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards in the food industry.
  • Drive continuous improvement and key performance indicators (KPIs) through analytical approaches.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Food Safety Management experience in an FDA or USDA regulated environment
  • HACCP and SQF or BRC experience, including leading facility audits, preferred
  • 2-3+ years of prior employee leadership experience
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as needed.
  • Competence in basic math and Excel. Ability to communicate in English.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Food Safety or Science
  • Experience in internal auditing.
