Job Title: DNS Builds and Ops

Job Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Job Duration: C2C/W2



Design, architect, and implement scalable and resilient DDI solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot BlueCat Address Manager (BAM), BlueCat DNS/DHCP Server (BDDS), and other BlueCat DNS Integrity features.

Integrate BlueCat DDI solutions with existing network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and virtualization platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DDI solutions with cloud platforms, data centers, and other IT systems.

Automate IP address management tasks and DNS/DHCP configuration using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and API-based integration.

Conduct DNSSEC implementation, DNS load balancing, and DNS forwarding configurations to enhance DNS security and performance.

Develop detailed architecture designs, implementation plans, and configuration guides for DDI solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on DDI technologies and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in DDI technologies, network security, and compliance standards.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

8-10 years of experience in designing, architecting, and implementing DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions.

Strong proficiency in BlueCat OEM technology, including BlueCat Address Manager (BAM) and BlueCat DNS/DHCP Server (BDDS).

Hands-on experience with network automation, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and API-based integration.

In-depth knowledge of DNSSEC implementation, DNS load balancing, and DNS forwarding techniques.

Familiarity with network security principles, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and DNS security best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Industry certifications such as BlueCat Certified Architect (BCA), BlueCat Certified Engineer (BCE), or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
