The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the senior management team responsible for the financial planning, management and strategic direction of the business.The CFO is required to oversee financial activities including budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, capital structure optimization, and investment analysis, while providing financial strategic support for the long-term growth of the business.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy Formulation and Execution


Develop and drive the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Analyze financial data to provide decision support to executives and the Board of Directors.

Budget Management


Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure effective allocation of financial resources.

Track and evaluate budget execution and recommend adjustments.

Financial Reporting and Compliance


Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards (e.g. GAAP or IFRS).

Oversee tax compliance and internal control systems.

Capital Management


Evaluate capital structure and cash flow to ensure that the company has sufficient capital to operate.

Manage financing activities, including debt and equity financing and investor relations.

Risk Management


Identify financial and operational risks and develop appropriate management and mitigation strategies.

Oversee audits, internal controls, and periodic assessments of financial risks.

Team Building and Leadership


Recruit, develop and manage the finance team to ensure that the team is equipped to achieve its goals.

Drive cross-functional collaboration to promote alignment of business and financial objectives.

Corporate Strategy Support


Provide financial analysis support for business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, or other strategic decisions.

Participate in the development of long-term vision and growth plans for the business.

Position Requirements

Educational Background


Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields; MBA preferred.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and other certificates are preferred.

Work Experience


10+ years of financial management experience, especially in senior financial management roles in complex, diversified organizations.

Experience in financial operations or capital markets in a multinational company is preferred.

Skills Required


Proficient in financial tools and systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle).

Excellent financial modeling, analysis and strategic planning skills.

Strong leadership, communication skills and teamwork.

Measurement of Success

Achievement of financial objectives, including profitability, growth rates and budgetary control.

Optimization of corporate capital structure to ensure balance between capital operations and return on investment.

Comprehensive financial compliance management in line with regulations.

Growth of the team and continuous improvement of financial systems
