Job Description:

  • role of Shared Services Specialist will be shared between the 'Supplier Outreach Team' and the Purchasing Team.
  • duties will be split evenly between the two teams.
  • Supplier Outreach, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 support, onboarding new suppliers, and supporting existing suppliers.
  • will answer questions via phone, e-mail in the Coupa Supplier Portal while staying in accordance with established department response times.
  • the Purchasing portion of this job role, you will be responsible for placing daily medication orders for clinics across the country, requiring a fine eye for detail.
  • with internal departments and/or vendors to resolve teammate account issues
  • support-tracking data to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to general ordering or Oracle iProcurement; suggest solutions; notify management; implement corrective actions as approved.
  • will be responsible for managing a shared inbox for the Supplier Outreach Team.
  • with a variety of Purchasing team projects and tasks as assigned.
  • with supplier or product transitions as needed.
