● Accommodate set sales targets and work independently in the field

● Effectively manage a schedule juggling multiple doors

● Support staff at retail partner locations

● Comfortable giving mini-treatments on the sales floor

● Complete recaps of work, sharing information that can help us improve our customer's experience

Experience:

● Experience in retail settings, especially in the beauty, wellness, and skincare space

● Esthetician license or practical experience with skincare

● Ability to learn new platforms for time management and reporting

● Proven track record of effective communication

● Entrepreneurial, make-it-work spirit

Requirements

● Flexible availability, including weekends

● Mode of transportation as carrying products or event materials to an account may be necessary

● Device to use for reporting (phone, tablet, etc)

● The ability to manage multiple responsibilities at one time and work independently

● Must be willing to fall in love with our products, work in a collaborative environment, and, most importantly, have fun while we work
