Position Overview:

The IT DevOps Manager will be responsible for managing the development and operations teams, ensuring the effective integration of development and operational processes, and optimizing the technology stack to ensure smooth and scalable performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation and process improvements are a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the DevOps team, overseeing the development and operations processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and integration across all environments.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or other) for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Automate operational processes and tasks to streamline workflow and improve system efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, ensuring high availability and uptime.
• Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure smooth integration of code into production environments.
• Implement and enforce security best practices across the DevOps pipeline, ensuring compliance with data security regulations.
• Drive improvements in automation, system monitoring, and infrastructure reliability.
• Stay updated on the latest DevOps trends and technologies, incorporating best practices and innovation into the team’s workflow.
• Manage vendor relationships, budget planning, and resource allocation for DevOps projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven expertise in automating infrastructure, configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with security protocols and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA) is a plus.
