Pay Range: $39 - $46/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Required Keywords: -AVIATION OR AERO OR AVIONICS OR GROE OR AVIONICS OR OR BOEING OR GARMIN OR AIRCRAFT OR SPACECRAFT AND (REPAIR OR RESTORE).
- Aerospace experience or mechanical manufacturing experience.
- Product focused and add value by changing the current design to support business objectives.
- Ensure a disciplined and data driven approach is utilized for technical decisions.
- Support (GROE) Global Repair and Overhaul Engineering productivity goals utilizing the Value Creation Process.
- Drive (GROE) Global Repair and Overhaul Engineering material savings financial acumen to ensure productivity compliance.
- Develop innovative repair designs to restore Aftermarket parts and alleviate shortages.
- Operate as a team member in Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma and Client Operating System (HOS).
- Establish a technical interface between Client customer support representatives and customers.
- Partner with our customers to identify and execute actions to drives future growth opportunities.
- Site Repair Development Engineer.
