Schedule:
- 2nd shift: Monday-Friday; 3:30p-12:00a
- Employee will train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks; Monday-Friday 7:00a-3:30p on occasion will work 7:00a-5:30p and occasional Saturdays.
Education/Experience:
- 3-5 years in Industrial Maintenance within manufacturing.
- Preferred experience in Corrugator or Converting Manufacturing.
- Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Strong communicator with a systematic work approach.
- Service-oriented, urgent, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly resolve machine breakdowns to minimize production impact.
- Log work orders for necessary repairs.
- Perform regular maintenance and process improvements.
- Complete planned maintenance on schedule.
- Ensure high standards and timely completion of all tasks.
- Make cost-effective repair decisions.
- Research efficient repair and maintenance methods.
- Collaborate with Operations Team for asset maintenance.
- Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge.
Skills and Abilities:
- Follow detailed instructions and read blueprints.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in using job-specific tools and equipment.
- Committed to safe work practices.
Physical Demands:
- Perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks.
