Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of the MOC module and provide support for the FMEA module within the ETQ Reliance® Quality Management Software.

This role requires a strong understanding of quality management processes, software implementation, and the ability to work effectively in a global, multi-SBU environment.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of the MOC module and provide support for the FMEA module within the ETQ Reliance® Quality Management Software.

This role requires a strong understanding of quality management processes, software implementation, and the ability to work effectively in a global, multi-SBU environment.

Lead the Implementation of MOC Module:

  • Oversee the requirements gathering process for the MOC module.
  • Develop and execute a detailed implementation plan, ensuring timely and efficient rollout.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams during the initial stages of implementation in selected SBUs and regions.
  • Ensure smooth transition and handover to internal teams for the continued rollout across all SBUs globally.


Support FMEA Module:

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with the live FMEA module.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific challenges and requirements.
  • Implement solutions to optimize the FMEA module's performance and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to ensure sustained success.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with client stakeholders, including quality management teams, IT, and other relevant departments.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Training and Documentation:
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Create detailed documentation for implemented processes and configurations.
