Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior SAP Systems Analyst specializing in Source to Pay (S2P) to join our client's Solution Delivery Organization. This role involves working closely with Solution Architects, Process Analysts, and business experts to develop, document, and deliver comprehensive SAP process and system solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP and Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) within the S2P domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert functional and technical knowledge in SAP S2P and Open Text VIM.
  • Collaborate with IT delivery teams to design, develop, and implement integrated end-to-end solutions.
  • Lead design workshops and apply industry best practices and global SAP implementation experience.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis, document design decisions, and ensure any deviations from standard functionality are justified.
  • Develop functional specifications for various project components including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
  • Engage with third-party vendors for technical consulting during solution design and development.
  • Configure system settings and ensure solutions align with architecture, security, and data standards.
  • Contribute to role-based security designs and provide technology risk assessments.
  • Deliver regular status updates and documentation to management.
  • Support project implementation transitions through detailed documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Resolve escalated technical support issues and provide input for audit requests.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within business processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in one or more SAP modules, with a preference for S/4HANA.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions related to payment runs, accounts payable, tax integration, invoice receipt and verification, material, and vendor master data, sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order management.
  • Experience with Open Text VIM and key integration areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
  • Minimum of two full lifecycle SAP deployments across multiple geographies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and process management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and work occasional weekends or overtime to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant job experience.
