About the Role: Lighting Sales Specialist



As a Lighting Sales Specialist, you will be the beacon that guides our customers through our extensive range of lighting solutions and home décor items. Whether in our state-of-the-art showroom, at the customer’s home, or in the field, you’ll provide personalized design and lighting advice, making the selection process a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role demands a proactive approach to learning, with a path laid out for becoming a certified American Lighting Association Specialist—a testament to our dedication to professional excellence.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Create enlightening experiences for customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through our product offerings.
  • Showcase our wide range of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, furniture, and home décor items.
  • Keep abreast of the latest in lighting technology, product benefits, and design trends.
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service that turns first-time visitors into lifelong clients.
  • Handle sales orders, payments, and follow-ups with precision and personal touch.
  • Actively engage in client and prospect outreach to fuel new business and foster repeat sales.
