Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Unit Supervisor on clinical rounds, focusing on high-risk patients.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date unit records, including RCC, MDS, pharmacy, immunizations, etc.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation within the Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  • Champion a high standard of patient care, aligning with our unit's mission and vision.


Qualifications:

Current RN license in Pennsylvania. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting. Leadership potential and a desire to mentor staff. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. A passion for quality patient care.


Required Skills:

  • Licensed RN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare setting.
  • Must have the confidence and ability to learn to lead and mentor staff.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
