Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams in the implementation and configuration of SAP Finance modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on SAP Finance processes, best practices, and industry trends, providing guidance and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead change management activities to ensure smooth transition and adoption of SAP solutions within the organization.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project delivery, with a focus on SAP Finance modules (e.g., FI, CO, FICO).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance processes, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-national organization is preferred.
  • SAP certification in Finance modules is a plus.
