Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pack, label, and distribute parts and products for domestic and international shipments.
  • Utilize ERP systems to generate shipping documents and create labels via UPS/FedEx software.
  • Ensure proper packaging of mixed merchandise for secure delivery.
  • Adhere to shipping regulations and maintain accurate records of shipments.
  • Verify shipment accuracy by weighing, measuring, and inspecting items against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory within the warehouse.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing materials in collaboration with the inventory team.
  • Ensure critical orders are processed and shipped on time.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping platforms and equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in shipping and inventory software.
  • Understanding of domestic and international shipping standards and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver’s license.


Physical Requirements

  • Regularly lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform repetitive tasks like bending, stooping, and climbing.
  • Operate mechanical equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
