ABOC is hiring a Lockbox Scanning Operator. This position is responsible the scanning and processing of imaged lock box accounts as well as the handling of basic lock box accounts


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scans documentation and checks.
  • Performs data entry consisting of payee verification, amount and invoices and balancing.
  • Processes remittances, documentation and preparing customer packages for distribution.
  • Daily data entry and balancing deposits.
  • Processes mail.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Microsoft 365 Experience
