Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Ambassador to join our team at Talking Rock Ranch. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to break into the real estate industry. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our community, engaging with potential buyers, and supporting our sales team. Your enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills will be key in showcasing the exceptional lifestyle and opportunities our community offers.


Client Engagement:

 - Welcome and engage with prospective buyers, providing a warm and informative introduction to Talking Rock Ranch.

 - Conduct tours of the community, highlighting key features and amenities, and answering questions about the lifestyle and living experience.

 - Assist sales agents with writing offers, setting appointments, preparing homes for showings, etc.


- Sales Support:

 - Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and manage client inquiries.

 - Provide support during open houses, events, and promotional activities.

 - Help maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.


Learning and Development:

 - Participate in training and development opportunities to build knowledge about real estate, sales techniques, and the Talking Rock Ranch community.

 - Stay informed about market trends and community updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.


Qualifications:

- No prior real estate experience is required; however, a strong interest in starting a career in real estate is essential.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.

- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about the real estate industry.

- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
