SUMMARY:

As a Sales Ambassador you are passionate about Sunspel the brand and its products with a deep passion for fashion & luxury. You will provide excellent customer service by warmly welcoming our customers, advising them on their needs, answering their questions and upselling products to increase overall store revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve daily, monthly sales goals by converting & upselling products to customers increasing revenue
• Operate point of sale (purchase’s, exchanges, refunds) and ensure CRM is completed for each customer
• Ensure all go-backs are put away after each customer
• Responsible to contact customers following their visit to build relationship for future visits and events
• Keep up to date with current fashion trends and in-depth knowledge of Sunspel products and offerings
• Assist with all day-to-day store operations & store recalls when needed
• Reliable and punctual for all confirmed shifts
• Maintain a professional appearance and is well-presented in line with Sunspel guidelines
• Maintains Sunspel visual merchandising and housekeeping standards front and back of house
• Support Line Manager & Store Team with all other assigned duties

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• 1- 2 Years’ experience in sales within a retail environment
• Drives for results as a team to achieve goals
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office Suite & numerical skills
• Team player with a can-do attitude

WHERE YOU WILL WORK:

• This position is 100% instore
• Flexibility in schedule including working weekends & holidays with the needs of the business
• Standing, walking, moving for a minimum of 4 - 8hrs daily
• Ability to lift and carry 40lbs
