Supply Chain & Logistics Associate


Come join one of the fastest growing Collegiate and Resort apparel companies in the country We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Associate. This role focuses on executing EDI compliance tasks such as managing PO receipts, shipping notices, and inventory feeds, while serving as a point of contact for supply chain partners. Additionally, it involves ensuring product catalog consistency across inventory systems, coordinating logistics routing for orders, generating reports, and supporting production and operations with various projects.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain & Logistics Associate at USCAPE in Irvine, CA. The Supply Chain & Logistics Associate will be responsible for tasks such as packing, communication, inventory control, inventory management, and customer service on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Inventory Control
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics processes
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field


Responsibilities:

  1. EDI Compliance: Execute EDI requirements including PO receipts, shipping notices, carton labels, trouble shooting, and inventory feeds.
  2. Coordinate with Production: Key POC for decoration supply chain partners, and support Logistics Manager with daily job preparation for in-house production.
  3. Sync Product Catalog: Ensure consistency across inventory systems (QBO, SKUVault, Shopify, Shipstation).
  4. Logistics Routing: Coordinate with production to ensure orders that require routing approvals are properly documented, submitted, approved, and shipped.
  5. Conduct Reporting: Generate reports from SKUVault and related systems as needed.
  6. Support: Assist Production & Operations departments as needed with Ad Hoc projects

Starting Base Pay will be $23 - $25 / hour depending on candidate
