Key Responsibilities for the Senior FP&A Analyst:
  • Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends
  • The Senior FP&A Analyst will Create and Track executive financial metric dashboards and reports
  • Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives
  • Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting
  • Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes
  • Conduct comparable analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis
  • Assist/lead ad hoc analysis
Basic Qualifications for the Senior FP&A Analyst:
  • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency
  • Strong fluency with Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP, SQL, or similar systems
  • Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields)
  • The Senior FP&A Analyst must have Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
