Overview:

As a Payment Processing Representative, you will be responsible for processing payments for government/municipality customers and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Answer calls promptly and process payments accurately while providing stellar service.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Bilingual – Spanish Preferred but not necessary.

Compensation:

$16/hr (W2/Non-Exempt)


Work Schedule days/times:

  • 2 schedules for - Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
  • 3 schedules for - Mon – Fri, 8:30AM – 5:00PM
