Beach City Capital (BCC) is a private Real Estate Investment firm headquartered in Hermosa Beach, CA. Beach City Capital focuses on executing the development and/or repositioning of multi-family projects, coworking office spaces, and commercial assets primarily in the Los Angeles market place.


Local Collaborative Hermosa (LCH) is a cash-flowing, craft co-working business venture founded by Beach City Capital that aims to provide high quality office space in Los Angeles’ beach communities. Local’s flagship location is ideally situated steps from the ocean in Hermosa Beach and has transformed an existing and pristine Historical Performing Arts Theater into a haven for professionals seeking a high-quality co-working environment with a beachfront flair.


Position Summary:

There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the team in Hermosa Beach as a Community Manager. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated, extremely personable, and detail-oriented, with strong initiative and an ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of personalities; and has proven capabilities in multi-tasking, organization and prioritizing workloads.


Job Description:

- Local Hermosa Daily Opening & Closing Tasks (expectation to open and close the space each day)

- Social Media Management for Beach City Capital & LCH

- Running through the LCH Daily Space Management Checklist 

- Maintaining Space Inventory with help of BCC Team 

- Consolidation/Tracking of Incoming Leads from GoHighLevel, Email & LoopNet into Google Sheets/Archie CRM

- Greeting all people who enter and showing the coworking space to interested parties 

- Book conference rooms for the BCC team for daily meetings

- Effective Communication with current members regarding the space using Archie co-working CRM System 

- Assist with marketing materials for LCH and BCC projects when needed

- Coordinating Community Building Events

- Consistent and Professional Email Correspondence

- Misc. Administrative Tasks and Office Management Tasks for BCC 

- Executive Assistant Tasks for CEO


The Community Manager will work closely with the CEO Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, utility companies and local public works departments to ensure organization and task completion.


Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required

·        Effective communication and a "figure-it-out" mentality

·        Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks effectively

·        Proficiency in Google Sheets and ability to learn new systems/platforms

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment

·        Some degree of proficiency with Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Google-drive, and Smartsheets.

·        Familiarity with Social Media Platform’s – Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook

·        Proficient organizational skill-set

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, 5 days a week Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. This position will likely be paid hourly, with additional pay based on the commission structure. Please inquire range during first interview.
