We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse processes, managing warehouse employees, and ensuring efficient and effective operations. The Warehouse Manager will provide leadership, training, and coaching to warehouse staff, implement new processes, and maintain a positive and professional work environment.


 Responsibilities:

·     Key Holder Duties: Hold keys for the office and both warehouses.

·     Management Operations: Provide overall leadership to warehouse employees, ensuring optimal performance, a positive employee culture, and safety. Offer training and coaching to staff and implement new processes to enhance the employee experience. Regularly review and act on suggestions from employees.

·     Warehouse Operations and Inventory: Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks related to customer orders, including binning, pulling, wrapping, and shipping orders. Coordinate daily shipments, monitor order operations with customer support teams, manage inventory tracking and receiving, and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.

·     Scheduling: Create and manage the warehouse schedule based on business needs, ensuring all shifts are covered and the warehouse remains operational, including during staff vacations and call outs.

·     HR and Personnel Duties: Participate in hiring and onboarding, including interviewing and orientation. Handle difficult conversations, HR reports, and investigations. Implement corrective actions and manage employee terminations.

·     Employee Tracking: Track attendance, ensure proper reporting of PTO and holiday pay, oversee time clock management, and address payroll issues. Maintain and update PTO trackers.

·     File Management: Organize and audit warehouse employee files, ensure proper paperwork is filed, and follow file retention standards.

·     Feedback and Training: Provide regular performance feedback, enforce policies, and ensure lead team priorities are properly set and executed.

·     Flexibility and Teamwork: Adapt to changes, collaborate with other departments, and assist during peak seasons by changing priorities and working additional hours if necessary.

·     Work Environment: Maintain a respectful, honest, and professional work environment, preventing any hostile situations.

·     Safety: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all warehouse employees.


 Qualifications:

·     Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role

·     Strong leadership and organizational skills

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·     Ability to manage and train staff effectively

·     Experience with inventory management and logistics

·     Knowledge of HR practices and regulations

·     Ability to work flexibly and handle changing priorities
