Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our client's growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial/business litigation, with some exposure to family law trial work. The successful candidate will receive training and mentorship from an experienced commercial trial attorney, making this a great role for someone looking to advance their legal career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling commercial/business litigation cases.
• Participate in some family law trial work.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Assist in trial preparation and court appearances.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Strong interest in commercial/business litigation and trial work.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
