Qualifiications


  • 4+ years of trademark experience, which includes prosecution and maintenance, trademark clearance searches, disputes, and enforcement actions.
  • Experience with copyright and/or advertising matters is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; team focused.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • North Carolina bar admission, or ability to become admitted.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
