Role Description

This is a full-time on-site hands on role for a Fleet Manager at Millennium Companies in Medford, MA. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fleet operations and managing the company's fleet. Duties include ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, analyzing fleet performance, and managing fleet operations to ensure efficiency and timely service. Managing mechanics, scheduling and prioritizing repairs, working with vendors, procurement ordering parts and more. Position has top tier pay scale company truck, gas car, phone and executive perks.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with street sweepers both mechanical and vacuum, roll off trucks, tractors, trailers and heavy equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
