Position Overview:

 We're looking for a skilled Finance Manager to lead our finance department and drive profitability in our dealership. As the Finance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financing transactions for our customers while maximizing revenue opportunities for the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage the finance and insurance (F&I) process, including loan approvals, contracts, and product  sales.

•Develop and implement effective finance strategies to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

•Provide guidance and training to sales team members on finance products and processes.

•Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and dealership policies.

•Cultivate relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers to optimize financing options for customers.

Qualifications:


•Previous experience (X years) in automotive finance management or F&I role within a dealership environment.

•Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) and finance-related software.

•Strong understanding of automotive finance products, including loans, leasing, and extended service contracts.

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
